Hi, I am Jeroen. I am a creative person and I love to create things. A good atmosphere works motivating for me and I prefer to work in a structured way. I like to immerse myself in the challenges that is presented to me, do research and make a clear step-by-step plan or concept to achieve a good quality result, I feel responsible for the end result. I am eager to learn and try to keep up to date on new developments in my field discipline. I make decisions based on feeling, logic, arguments and common sense. I am someone who can work well on their own, but also function well in a team.
